The Plateau Youths Advocacy Vanguard has received the endorsement of the Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Hon. Caroline Panglang Dafur, for its upcoming programme, “Assessing Youth Appointees in Governor Caleb Mutfwang’s Administration: HOW FAR, SO FAR… CELEBRATING PERFORMANCE.”
The Vanguard team paid a courtesy visit to the Honourable Commissioner as part of its engagements ahead of the event. During the meeting, Hon. Caroline Panglang Dafur expressed her support for the initiative, describing it as a timely platform to recognise, appreciate and assess the contributions of young people serving in the administration.
The programme is designed to spotlight young appointees who are making meaningful contributions to governance, while providing an opportunity to celebrate their efforts, share their experiences and inspire greater youth participation in public service.
Her endorsement further reinforces the growing support for an initiative that seeks to move beyond appointments and focus on impact, performance and service to the people.
