Hon. Chief. Ishaya David Lalu, PhD, Member representing Mangu/Bokkos Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, on Saturday, September 26, 2026, continued his engagement with stakeholders in Bokkos with an interaction with members of the Bokkos Workers Association.
The meeting came shortly after his engagement with leaders of the Bokkos Pentecostal community, as part of his ongoing consultations and interactions with different groups across the constituency.
Addressing the workers, Hon. Lalu expressed appreciation for their support and the confidence reposed in him. He reaffirmed his commitment to serving the people and assured them that he would remain focused on their interests and welfare.
He pledged that he would not disappoint the people he represents, stressing that his mandate is a responsibility he takes seriously. He also emphasised the importance of working together and maintaining open communication in order to address the challenges facing the people.
The interaction provided an opportunity for the workers to share their thoughts and concerns, while Hon. Lalu listened and reaffirmed his readiness to continue engaging with the people he represents.
The meeting ended on a positive note, with both sides emphasising the need for continued understanding, cooperation and collective efforts towards the development of Mangu/Bokkos Federal Constituency.
