Notice to All Aspirants and Delegates: Rescheduled Screening and Nomination Details

To: All Aspirants, District/Branch Chairmen, and Members of the Movement

The Electoral Committee wishes to bring to your attention the following important updates regarding the upcoming elections:

1. Rescheduled Date for Screening of Aspirants

The screening of aspirants is now scheduled for December 27, 2024, from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm at the MYM Secretariat, Ntam, Mangu LGA.

2. Delegate Nomination Forms by District/Branch Chairmen

All District/Branch Chairmen are required to collect Delegate Nomination Forms for their respective District/Branch from December 12 to December 18, 2024, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.

3. Submission of Delegate Forms

All completed Delegate Forms, along with a comprehensive serial list of delegates from each District/Branch, must be submitted on December 27-28, 2024, between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. Any forms not submitted within the given timeframe will be considered forfeited, and the respective individuals will be disqualified.

Important Notes:

• No correction fluid should be used on any forms.
• Forms with any dirt or tampering will be rejected.
