BEROM PDP ASPIRANTS IN JOS NORTH PRIORITIZE PARTY UNITY, PROGRESS FOR JOS NORTH

We, the Berom aspirants who vied for the ticket of our dear party, the People’s Democratic Party for the position of, Chairman of Jos North Local Government Area, in the forthcoming Local Government elections, have seen reasons to look beyond our aspirations and prioritize the greater good of uniting our party and indeed our beloved Jos North Local Government Area.
While acknowledging the fact that we all have big dreams for our political careers and great goals and passion for the growth, development and prosperity of our party and our Local Government Area, we trust that our elders and party’s wisdom will lead us to a more robust and result oriented leadership for our Local Government Area. Jos North Local Government Area stands tall among its peers not only for its metropolitan advantage but also because of its diversity being home to the Berom, Anaguta, Afizere as well as a host of other tribal and ethnic communities hosted within our LGA. We can proudly say that indeed, Jos North is the boiling pot and the microcosm of Plateau State and we have resolved to be part of history that will further the growth of this complex but beautiful LGA.
In line with the above understanding, and in synergy with our elders and statesmen, both within and beyond our LGA, we have decided to embrace unity, progress and synergy for our dear Local Government Area by supporting the wisdom of our elders in the direction they deem fit for us to follow. A society is built by the strength of the youths but the young must rely on the wisdom of the elders for direction.
As loyal members of the People’s Democratic Party therefore, we trust the wisdom, philosophy and the ideology of our party which is built on the pillars of fairness, synergy and inclusivity. Because of our believe in our great party, we will stand in the rain, we will stand under the sun, we will stand in the storm, we will withstand any negative wind as we stand in unison, under our ONE great UMBRELLA, united by our resolve to fulfill God’s purpose for our dear Local Government Area. WE WILL WORK TIRELESSLY until victory is achieved for our great party in Jos North LGA.
We call on our supporters to stand with us in the decision of our elders and party to give a chance for our other brothers of the Anaguta extraction to take the driver’s seat at this crucial moment. We know you believe in us and our capacity to deliver. The time will come when the pendulum will swing back to anyone of us. At the moment, we want you all to trust the process. Our great party is stronger when we put the interest of the party above our personal interest. Our Local Government Area will be greater when we put it’s interest above our personal interest.
Finally, we call on the great people of Jos North Local Government Area to vote for the People’s Democratic Party in the forth coming Local Government elections. The track records of our dear hard-working and God fearing governor, His Excellency, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang is a testament to the result oriented philosophy of our Party. The PDP thus far has shown commitment to the development of our dear state and particularly Jos North LGA. It is time we support the party at the local level for more people oriented governance, going into the future. The future of Jos North LGA will surely be greater than its past.
