On the 24th of April, 2024, Rukuba Barracks became the venue for a significant gathering of community stakeholders, orchestrated by the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 3 Division of the Army. The aim was clear: to foster dialogue and address pressing issues that have been affecting Mangu and Bokkos local government.

One of the notable figures at the meeting was Comr. Lot Adas, the State PYC Chairman. Taking the stage, Adas spoke passionately, advocating for the interests of the plateau. He didn’t mince words; he encouraged all participants to be real in their submissions, urging them to speak without pretense or reservation.
