The Mangu Project proudly celebrates and commends Hon. Dr. ID Lalu, PhD, for his exceptional leadership and commitment to youth empowerment and inclusive development across the Mangu/Bokkos Federal Constituency.
On 27th December, 2025, Hon. Dr. Lalu empowered 84 carefully selected youths, drawn across religious, tribal, and political divides, through a comprehensive ICT and digital skills training programme. In further demonstration of his dedication to sustainable empowerment, beneficiaries were also provided with mobile phones and iPads to enhance their digital capacity and support their technological journey.
This remarkable initiative came just a day after another landmark empowerment programme, where he distributed cars, motorcycles, tricycles, cargo bikes, electric bikes, agricultural inputs, water pumping machines, fertilizers, tractors, and farm tools. These interventions were strategically designed to strengthen transportation, boost agricultural productivity, promote economic self-reliance, and improve livelihoods across the constituency.
The programmes witnessed a massive turnout of beneficiaries, community leaders, and key stakeholders, further reaffirming Hon. Dr. Lalu’s commitment to quality representation, inclusive governance, poverty reduction, and sustainable development.
Indeed, Hon. Dr. Ishaya David Lalu stands out as a visionary, resilient, and people-centered political force, whose leadership continues to translate into tangible impact. His two years in office clearly reflect productivity and purposeful service. As youths and stakeholders under the banner of the Mangu Project, we are proud of your achievements and inspired by your dedication to humanity.
