Hon. Dr. Ishaya Lalu, member representing Mangu/Bokkos Federal Constituency and Deputy Chairman, House Services, visited victims of recent attacks in Bokkos Local Government Area. He joined worshippers at ECWA Church, Hurti, where he expressed deep sympathy with the community over the tragic events.
Deeply concerned about the well-being of his constituents, Hon. Lalu has launched a free medical outreach in the community, emphasizing that health is wealth and reaffirming his commitment to ensuring the people’s physical and emotional recovery.
In addition, Hon. Lalu announced that he will provide financial support to families who lost their loved ones in Hurti, Ruwi, Pyakmallu, and Foroff, a total of ₦25,000,000. He explained that this gesture is intended to help affected families address their immediate needs, recognizing that each household has unique priorities and challenges in the aftermath of such a tragedy.
Hon. Lalu urged the communities to remain vigilant and work closely with security agencies, reminding them that safeguarding lives and property is a collective responsibility.
The communities expressed heartfelt appreciation for the Honorable Member’s compassion and generosity, offering prayers that God, who knows the hearts and intentions of men, will bless Hon. Lalu and prosper him in all his endeavors.
