Kanam, Plateau State – In a generous gesture to mark Eid-el-Kabeer, Hon. Chief Ephraim Usman, the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, distributed over 2,000 bags of rice and other essential items to residents of Kanam Local Government Area.
During the distribution event, Hon. Chief Usman took the opportunity to commend the efforts of His Excellency, Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, for his relentless dedication to infrastructural development, security, and empowerment across Plateau State.
Addressing the beneficiaries, Hon. Chief Usman highlighted the importance of community support and expressed his commitment to continuing efforts aimed at improving the welfare of the people. He also praised the Governor’s administration for its impactful projects and initiatives, which have significantly contributed to the overall development and safety of the state.
The distribution event was well-received by the residents, who expressed their gratitude for the support during the festive period.
